Engagements built around decision quality.

Every engagement applies Business Lifelines™ and, where appropriate, the RISE Method™. Scope ranges from a single workshop to a sustained advisory relationship

Always advisory. Always independent.

Meet
Keynote / Workshop

High-impact sessions designed to shift organizational perspective from compliance to operational discipline.

Leaders walk away with the mental models to recognize fragility before it manifests as a crisis.

Engage
Strategic Stress Test™

The flagship Southwind engagement. Not a simulation of a plan — a diagnostic of actual operational capability.

This is the primary offering of Southwind Planning Solutions: a structured pressure-test of your Business Lifelines™, revealing the Black Box Gaps where your system is most likely to break.

Delivered as: a single diagnostic engagement, a recurring annual review, or a multi-unit enterprise program.

Variants carry distinct scope and deliverables but remain expressions of this core offering.

Sustain
Advisory Retainer

Long-term strategic counsel designed to prevent operational drift. Through a structured cadence of Lifeline Pulses and Quarterly Reviews, this engagement protects Information Hygiene and operational integrity as your organization grows and changes.

Not sold as hours — a named, outcome-based relationship for clients who have completed a Strategic Stress Test.

Named Add-On Services

Scoped and priced individually, based on engagement-specific need. Available as standalone work or paired with a core offering.

Tabletop & Scenario Exercise Design and Facilitation

A facilitated tabletop exercise developed to FEMA HSEEP standards, walking leadership and key staff through a realistic scenario tailored to the organization's sector and risk profile built to expose gaps, not to embarrass participants.

Typical deliverables: sector-specific scenario design, facilitation, and a formal After Action Report with improvement recommendations.

Plan Development

Original emergency operations plan (EOP) or continuity plan development, built on a CPG 101-compliant framework and aligned with NIMS/ICS. Plans reflect the client's actual organizational structure, governance, and applicable regulatory requirements rather than a generic template.

Typical deliverables: base plan (promulgation, authority structure, concept of operations, activation framework), support and functional annexes, incident-specific annexes, and appendices (glossary, legal authorities, hazard/risk assessment).

Frequently paired with a Strategic Stress Test or standalone assessment, since assessment findings directly inform plan content.

Most engagements begin with a conversation about where your organization currently stands. From there, we sequence the right combination of services for your situation.
